AVChat 2.3 now available, has Red5 0.8 support
AVChat 2.3 is now available for purchase and download, notable changes include:
- dedicated server side files for Red5 0.8
- ghost(duplicate) users detection script
- security improvements
- it can use other extensions for the server side scripts not just php and asp
- some small bug fixes
- maximum rooms setting in the server side settings file
New clients will automatically get the latest version, previous clients can download the latest version using the download links in their delivery email!
Future AVChat 2 updates will most probably include only security patches and support for different Red5/FMS versions as we focus more and more on AVChat 3.
